El Gouna is a lagoon town north of Hurghada. It has waterfront paths, bridges, marinas, shops, and cafes. It's a nice, easy day trip away from the city.
One-Day Itinerary:
Abu Tig Marina & North Basin: Walk around, grab a coffee, and enjoy the marina views.
Downtown & Tamr Henna: Good food and ice cream. The kids will enjoy it.
Optional: Take a boat ride on the lagoon to get cool photos and see the town from the water.
Good for Kids: It’s easy to get around. The sidewalks are stroller-friendly, plus there are playgrounds and safe areas to walk around in the squares. Stop for a snack.
Tip: Book a private day trip to El Gouna from Hurghada with a driver. You can decide where to go and when, and the driver will take you back afterward. This is useful if you’re with family or want to take photos when the light is best.

Orange Bay, on Giftun Island, is a well-known beach spot with shallow, clear water and soft sand. It's a relaxed place, great for families and people who are new to snorkeling.
1. You'll be picked up from your hotel in the morning and taken to the Hurghada Marina.
2. Then you’ll head out by boat to one or two snorkeling spots among the coral reefs.
3. Next, you'll have some beach time at Orange Bay, where you can find sunbeds and shade.
4. Many tours include lunch on board, followed by another stop at a reef, and then a return to the marina.
Why visit: It's a great backup if it's windy, or if you want something educational to do other than hang out at the beach. You can walk through an underwater tunnel, check out Red Sea creatures, and visit a small outdoor mini-zoo.
Opening times: Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM (last entry at 5 PM). No need to book ahead. you can buy tickets at the door or contact us to orgamise transfer and ticket without waisting your time and waiting there.
How long to spend: Allow yourself about 2–3 hours. This gives you enough time to see the tanks, rainforest area, and mini-zoo without rushing.
Timing tips for families: Visit in the morning or the late afternoon when it's quieter. Watch for shark-feeding times, usually scheduled for late morning 12:00 and mid-afternoon 15:00(check the board when you arrive, as times can vary).
Easy extra: Combine the aquarium visit with a short walk or early dinner at Hurghada Marina before going back to your hotel.
