Tour Details

Luxor Trip first day:

We will pick you up from your hotel in the early morning, approximately between 5:00 and 6:00 am. Enjoy driving on newly built roads through the desert in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. After about 2 hours driving time we will take a short break. Afterwards we continue our way and drive to Qena where we drive through the green Nile valley.

Around 10:00 a.m. we will reach Luxor, where we will start to visit the Karnak Temple. Let yourself be enchanted by the largest temple complex known worldwide, the famous columned hall and the Holy Lake. Directly afterwards you take a bus to the Luxor Temple, which is located in the middle of the city and also look at the Abu Elhagag Mosque.

Then experience Luxor from the water as you cruise the Nile in a small motorized boat.

Time for lunch - enjoy the local specialties in a real Egyptian restaurant. Afterwards you will be driven to your hotel where you can relax before continuing with the Luxor activities.

In the evening, if you wish, you can visit the fascinating sound and light show at the Karnak Temple for an additional fee. Afterwards you are free to spend your evening.

Luxor Trip second Day:

After breakfast at the hotel we will pick you up and drive together to Theben West. Here we drive to the world-famous Valley of the Kings. There we marvel at the tombs of the pharaohs, where, among others, the famous pharaoh Tut Anch Amun found his last dysentery.

Then, we visit the impressive Medinet Habu Temple, one of the most magnificent temples of the New Kingdom, famous for its well-preserved reliefs and the depictions of Pharaoh Ramses III's victories.

Afterwards, take the bus to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. She went down in history as the greatest builder.

Afterwards we will marvel at the Colossi of Memnon before having lunch in Thebes West.

Then you drive comfortably back to Hurghada and can recover from the exertion during the journey and let the impressions you have gained sink in.
